The Bishop of Gloucester Visits the School
We were very pleased to welcome the Bishop of Gloucester, the Rt Reverend Michael Perham to the school on Monday.
The children did a small assembly presentation to him before he led the prayers.
Afterwards he spent time with the School Council representatives answering their questions and explaining more about his role in the community.
To make the most of his visit we also invited him to plant a tree in what will be the new quiet area of the playing fields. This tree will be joined by others that we have received from the Woodland Trust as part of their 'Tree for All' campaign.
