Our new website - developing with our children

This club is run from Monday to Friday after school during term time. There is a structure to each session with clear rules and protocols. Children are expected to follow the same school behaviour code during these sessions. As well as having an opportunity to complete homework they also enjoy organised learning activities such as: art and craft; games on the field; board games; storytelling; dressing up; listening to stories; sharing snacks; baking.

A trained first aider is available at all sessions. Sessions run from 3.05pm till 4.05pm and then 4.05pm till 5.00pm. The cost for the first hour is £3.50 per pupil and the second 55 minutes cost £2.50.

The club finishes promptly at 5pm and we would be grateful if you could collect your child on time as staff have other commitments.

We only have places for a maximum of 12 children each session. With demand being so high and to enable us to organise the activities well in advance we need to know numbers of parents who will be taking up places and on which days. If your child is unable to attend the club and you have booked a place can you please contact the school or leave a message by 12noon, as we may have a parent waiting to use that space, if not you will be charged.

Parents who pick children up early will of necessity be charged for the session booked.

If you wish to have a place on a one off occasion please contact the school who will advise you if a place is available. Parents will be invoiced on a monthly basis for the sessions attended, or payment can be made in advance. Cheques should be payable to Gloucestershire County Council.

If you have any concerns re: Out of Hours Club please see Mrs Gardiner who is now in the school office at 8.15am on Monday and Friday mornings.
